Who we are
AI Content Ops is run by its two founders, Partha Srinivasan (Bengaluru) and Anant Sabane (Pune). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the two of us. We decide what personal information this website collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, approximate team size (if you give it) and your message.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your email.
- When you browse the site: we do not ask you for anything. Like every website, our server and Cloudflare record basic technical details for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across visits or across other websites.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include them in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to see which pages people read.
We do not sell or rent your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email. Formspree is based in the United States, so form submissions are processed outside India.
- Cloudflare delivers the website, protects it from attacks and provides our page-view statistics.
- Hostinger provides the server the website runs on.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
- Our email provider stores the emails you send us and our replies.
We will also disclose information if the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: we keep your message and contact details until you ask us to delete them.
- If we work together: we keep correspondence about the engagement for as long as we need it to deliver the work and keep proper business records.
- Technical logs: Cloudflare and our hosting provider keep these for limited periods under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information, if you no longer agree to us using it.
Email [email protected] with your request. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We handle personal information in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only the two founders can read enquiries. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for organisations. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
